working with HDMI: cost. With 10 meter (33 feet) HDMI cables running in the
hundreds of dollars, builders need a simple and cost-effective way to deploy
large HDMI networks. And it would also be nice to have extended distances as
well.
The HDSpider™ Series is a collection of HDMI Cat.5 senders and receivers, offering
a full range of HDMI extender solutions. Choose from our 5 different HDSpider
extenders to build a flexible network to send your high-quality HDMI signals
to greater distances, and at a reduced cost.
This compact device is deployed at the HD source, generally connected to an
HD player, PS3, or Xbox 360. HVE-9001 accepts the HD signal from the short HDMI
cable and then uses Cat.5 cable to send the HDMI signal to the receiver. It
also has a built-in equalization knob to help you fine tune your HD signals
to achieve the highest-quality available.
